Oscar is a licensed counselor and certified clinician in cognitive behavioral therapy and Sandtray Therapy. He holds a B.A. in Music from UT Pan-American and an M.Ed. in School Counseling from Lamar University. Trained by experts at the Beck Institute and Texas Sandtray Association, Oscar blends evidence-based practices with creative expression to help clients of all ages explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. With a compassionate and empowering approach, he guides individuals toward healing, growth, and a more fulfilling life.

Brenda is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. 

She primarily works with adults and young adults and has experience supporting clients across diverse life stages. Her work focuses on helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, relationships, and chronic illness.

Grounded in a relational, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach, she tailors therapy to each client’s unique needs, creating a calm and collaborative environment that encourages openness and reflection. 

She strives to create a space where clients feel truly seen and understood, a foundation for healing and growth. Brenda offers sessions in English and Spanish..
